I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap Forgotten your password?, enter your email, and we’ll send a code. Type the code into the app and choose a new password. Check your spam folder if it hasn’t arrived after a couple of minutes.
How do I sign out?
Tap 🐾 Account at the top right of the Home screen, then Sign out. There’s also an Account & sign out link at the bottom of The Pack tab.
How do I add a photo of my golden?
Open The Pack, tap your pup, then tap 📷 Add a photo.
How does “I’m here now” work?
Open a park in the Parks tab and tap the check-in button when you arrive. Other members see that a golden is there. Check-ins end on their own after 90 minutes, or tap Leaving to end yours early.
What’s the Golden Score?
A 0–100 rating of how good a park is for goldens. Water to swim in and room to run count most, then fences, shade, drinking water and ground. Star ratings from members blend in as they’re added.
A park is missing or wrong
Email us the park name and what’s wrong (or the official park page) and we’ll fix it.
Reporting a post or member
Tap ··· on a post or sighting, or Report or block at the bottom of a meetup or pup profile. A real person reviews every report within 24 hours. Blocking someone hides everything they share from you.
Deleting your account
Tap 🐾 Account on Home, then Delete my account and confirm. Everything you’ve shared is permanently removed. See our privacy policy for details.
